Can you turn the music down?

You aren't partnered with any delivery services, can I order takeout?
Those delivery and online ordering companies are a bunch of crooks. We never know what they’re charging you, and your food’s quality and integrity is out of our control once they touch it.
“But I wanna eat your wings and watch the game on my couch!” Well, you’re in luck! we do takeout orders all the time. Give us a call and we’ll have your food packed up and waiting for you at the bar. **Please make sure you’re ordering from the right location, check your order before you leave, bear in mind that some things just don’t travel well, and there may be times we’re too busy to answer the phone or take your order.

Can I make a reservation?
Sorry, but no. We do not take reservations or hold tables.

But what if I have a large party?
Well….we still don’t take reservations. However, if you plan to come at off-peak times (1:30-5pm or 8:00pm-later), and/or on slower days (Mon-Thurs) it’s more likely we can move tables around and seat you together.

OK, I hear you, but what if I want to bring in 30 people for a work/sports-team/wedding party?
OK, here goes: we really don’t offer anything more than our usual great food and friendly service, even for very large parties. We don’t have a private room, a catering menu, or the ability to host or book private entertainment.
However… 1) You can email us to give us a heads-up (see above for best times), and we can talk about the birthday cake you’re bringing, for example. 2) Really large parties work best at the outer lawn tables: There are no dedicated servers, so everyone will order food and drinks at the ‘lawn service window’ at the bar, and food will be delivered to your table(s). 3) Putting the whole party on one check, and paying with one credit card, is enormously helpful.

Can I bring my dogs? What about my kids?
Friendly, well-behaved dogs and children are warmly welcomed. We ask that you keep them leashed (just the dogs, unless you have those kids...) at all times. We have plenty of room to run around, games for the young-uns, and plenty of water bowls (for the dogs, unless you have those children…).
**We know you have the sweetest, wuvviest puppo in the world, but if they’re having an off day, barking or snapping at other dogs (or people), we’ll ask you to remove them.

I'm a vegetarian/vegan.
We just knew you’d make that a statement, not a question. The salads are very good, and we can substitute veggie patties in place of meat in most of the sandwiches.
However….the fryer oil has duck fat in it and the griddles are greased with butter and bacon fat.
We know we are not suited to everyone’s tastes/preferences, that’s why we have a website with our menus on it, and this friendly Q&A section.

Can we talk about gluten or my food allergy?
Absolutely. If you’re just trying to avoid gluten, that’s easy enough: stay away from the bread things and the breaded fried things.
If, however, you have a serious issue like celiac disease or a wheat allergy, we advise against virtually everything on our menu. We do not have an allergen protocol, and must assume every cooktop, fryer, and cutting board is cross-contaminated by gluten-containing foods.
We may be able to work around other food allergies, but be advised that our staff is not adequately trained to guarantee you will not be exposed. Anyone with serious food intolerances is welcome to bring their own food. Simply advise your server that “Mike said so on the web-page”.

My rewards card isn't working, or I lost it. What can be done?
We’re sorry that the free stuff we were giving you isn’t working. Your server or bartender can get you a new card so you can start getting free stuff again, but we can’t get you your old free stuff back.

I didn't enjoy something about your restaurant, but I also didn't tell my server or ask anyone to address the issue. I naively assumed you would figure it out based on my facial expression and body language. Should I just give you a bad review on Google, Yelp, or whatever?
